You'll get to meet a majestic Red-tailed Hawk and an adorable Eastern Screech-Owl, learn about each bird's individual story and natural history, and experience the thrill of seeing these incredible predators up close.
Following the live bird presentation, participants will have the opportunity to dissect authentic owl pellets to discover what owls eat in the wild. By carefully examining the bones and other remains found inside each pellet, you'll gain a fascinating glimpse into the food web and the hunting behaviors of these nocturnal raptors. All owl pellets are professionally heat-sterilized for safety.
